![]() ![]() ![]() They lack professionalism and work ethic. The leads are defiantly not equip to handle the position that was placed in their laps (Placed NOT earned). Upper management focuses more on who has been at the company longer than actual leadership skills and knowledge to perform the job in order to consider employees for a "promotion" (if you want to call it that). Management changed while I was there and not for the better. The only good thing about this place was the relationships that were built with co-workers. The CEO sat in a townhall meeting and told employees if we do not like how things are we can just leave because it's not the place for us. The workload does not meet the compensation provided by the company. The management team is unsupportive, and unrealistic. This starts a string of emails that are uneccessary and slows down the process of getting actual solutions for the clients. The leads do not read escacalated case reviews - instead they will skim over your notes and ask you to do something that has already been done on a client's file. However, they fail too address the staffing issues and reasons for high turnover rates. The leads and management will NOT jump in on the calls when there are several clients waiting to be helped in the queueīUT the management team will send you a lovely email complaining about productivity and meeting quotas for immediate support calls. The management and team leads will micromanage and instant message you to death about why you are behind in work, when you were assigned the workload of 3 people! Getting paid for 1 though! The intake leads are incompetent and do not have good time management, they do not prioritize the workload, they will watch you struggle with the amount of work you have, and will NOT jump in to help the team! That goes for support staff and intake counselors. However, the leads, upper management, and the culture of the company will drive you back to indeed to look for another job! The work is rewarding as a telephonic EAP counselor/intake specialist. ![]()
